EPM is proud to offer a variety of amusements and events through our partnership with Kevaworks. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, we work together to provide expert knowledge when carnivals, circuses, and various festivals. These special events are an excellent way to generate additional short term ancillary revenue. This program promotes community involvement while driving patrons to your property and increasing sales for tenants and vendors.
Requirements
- Footprint: Approximately 30,000 Sq. Ft.
- 1-2 Weeks
- Property Type: Shopping Centers, Shopping Malls, Vacant lots
- Other: Requirements can vary based on property type and vender specifications
